HEALTH AND SAFETY
Exercising and use of Burn Boxing facilities may involve the risk of injury and you acknowledge and agree that you exercise and use the facilities at your own risk. You are responsible for monitoring your physical health conditions at all times and agree to exercise to a level that is appropriate given your knowledge of your health and any medical advice you have obtained.
It is recommended that you visit your doctor prior to commencing a regular exercise program. If you are female and are pregnant you must notify Burn Boxing staff immediately prior to the commencement of any classes or equipment use. All relevant injuries/illnesses should be declared to a Burn Boxing staff member so that a safe and beneficial program can be written for you. Please inform Burn Boxing trainers of any medical changes that may occur while you are a member of Burn Boxing No advice provided by a Burn Boxing Trainer member should be taken as medical advice. Always consult with a doctor to determine the best course of action for you. Burn Boxing reserves the right to refuse use of the facilities at any time should it be concerned about a member's state of physical health or the health and safety of other members. You give permission for Burn Boxing staff to seek medical assistance at your expense in an emergency if required.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
Your safety and physical wellbeing is of primary importance to Burn Boxing. In order to participate in a class it is mandatory for all participants to use gloves, wraps and athletic footwear. Burn Boxing reserves the right to refuse entry into a class if you chose not to wear such equipment. You will not be refunded for your class in such circumstances.

SOCIAL MEDIA
You acknowledge that by participating in classes and using the equipment at Burn Boxing you grant permission to Burn Boxing to use your name, photograph, image, audio recording, video recording and likeness in all forms and manner (collectively referred to as the Photos) for the purposes of advertising, media publicity, promotions, general display or for any other purposes required by Burn Boxing. You waive any interest that you may have in the Photos now or at any future time and acknowledge that you are not entitled, nor shall in the future be entitled, to receive any payment or consideration in respect of it and agree to make no claim against Burn Boxing in respect of using the Photos.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your purchase of one class at any time before midnight. To cancel, e-mail name and date which states that you are canceling your purchase, and send it to info@burnboxing.co.uk
Burn Boxing will refund the purchase price of your unused classes within ten days after we receive your notice of cancellation. Any monthly block sessions purchased can not be rolled over to the next month and must be used within the month in which it has been purchased for.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS TO CANCEL
You may cancel your contract in any of the following circumstances. If you become disabled and, as a result, cannot physically participate in a class you have purchased, and your condition is verified by a doctor, Burn Boxing will refund you the purchase price of your unused class or classes. If you die, Burn Boxing will refund your representative the purchase price of your unused class or classes.
If you move your residence more than 25 miles from a Burn Boxing location, you may cancel your purchase and Burn Boxing will refund the purchase price of your unused class or classes. Depending upon where you live, you may be charged a cancellation fee. All such refunds subject to proof of change of mailing address.

FOR CLIENTS RUNNING LATE
There will be no entry into the class five minutes after the class has started.

FOR CLIENTS LEAVING EARLY
If you're planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you tell the instructor ahead of time.

PRIVATE / PERSONAL TRAINING
Private Training sessions are non refundable and must be used within the 90 day period once purchased. If you're more than 10 minutes late your session may be lost. All cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made 24 hours prior to your session.

VALUABLES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Clients acknowledge that they have been urged to avoid bringing valuables into the facilities and that Burn Boxing shall not be liable for the loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property, including items left in lockers, bathrooms, studios, or anywhere else in the Facilities. Clients acknowledge that no portion of any fees paid by them is in consideration for the safeguarding of valuables.
