No worries! All our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow everyone to 'Burn' at their own pace.
Is there a class for beginners?
No, however all are class are suitable for beginners.
Do I need my own wraps & gloves?
Yes, you must have hand wraps. You can purchase either traditional hand wraps or gel hand wraps from us at only £10.
Can I take the class if I'm pregnant?
Yes we've had clients train right up until the week before giving birth, but that is a question better suited for you and your doctor.

No, we also have a pay as you train option for those who have a busy schedule or are not ready for commitment just yet.

We cater for all levels and offer modifications for many of the exercises we do in class no matter your experience.
